This Privacy Policy explains how TechAdes Incorporated( "TechAdes," "we," "us") collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you visit techades.ca or contact us by email. It is written to align with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Canadian provincial privacy law.

Information we collect

This website is a static marketing site. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not place advertising or behavioral tracking cookies on your device. The only personal information we collect through this site is information you choose to send to us when you email one of our published addresses (for example, a job application sent to careers@techades.ca or a press inquiry sent to press@techades.ca).

Our hosting and edge providers (currently Vercel) automatically collect technical request data (IP address, user-agent, request timestamp, requested URL) for the operation, security, and performance of the site. This data is processed under those providers' own privacy terms.

How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiry.
  • To consider you for a role, if you have applied to one.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the website.
  • To comply with applicable law.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

Service providers

We use a small number of third-party service providers (currently Vercel for hosting and Cloudflare for DNS) that may incidentally process technical request data on our behalf. Those providers are contractually obligated to handle data consistent with their public terms.

International transfers

Personal information we hold may be processed in Canada or in other jurisdictions where our service providers operate, including the United States. Where information is transferred outside Canada, it may be subject to the legal regimes of those jurisdictions.

Retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Email correspondence is retained for ordinary business record-keeping.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact info@techades.ca.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
